To be approved as a customer of Wellington Risk Insurance Agency, Inc., all of the following are required:
- Agency Principal must possess a valid property and casualty license from the Texas Department of Insurance.
- Agency must have an office/location separate and apart from a private residence.
- Agency must possess an Internal Revenue Service Form W-9 with a valid Social Security Number (if agency is individually licensed), or Federal Identification Number (if agency is incorporated).
- Agency must have Errors & Omissions insurance with a $1 million minimum per occurrence limit.

Upon review and acceptance an Agent Agreement will be forwarded for execution. When the Agent Agreement is finalized, a User ID and Master Password will be issued for access into the Wellington Customer Portal.
